Real World
Real Network Training
Who are we?
Commsupport was established in January 2007 providing one CCNA per month delivered over weekends from Joe's home were he taught classes from the "Garden Shed" at the end of his garden, you could say that we are a real "grass roots company" heh, heh.
Commsupport is different from all the other training companies because from the day we started we strove to be different to offer our students the best possible training experience in the classroom, read the list of firsts that we pioneered to the left
We are now the Number One provider of CCNA/CCNP courses in the UK, we have since January 2007 trained over 1500 students in our own unique style, helping many to pass their exams first time
We currently run more scheduled CCNA classes per month than any other training company, twice as many than our nearest competitor.
How did we go from being a small outfit in a back garden to a respected national company renowned for delivering real network engineering courses?, well other than our affordable prices we did it on the back of quality, professionalism and generally being a jolly nice bunch of people to deal with.
We don't do grandstanding ,by buying flash cars and fur coats instead we invest in more advanced courses like the CCNA Wireless, CCNA Voice and CCNA Security, now this is something that even the great Cisco learning partners will not and cannot do dispite charging over the odds for their courses
All of our instructors are full time network engineers when not teaching for commsupport.
Our Instructors
Joe’s Bio (Caffine & Nuclear Powered)
CCNP, CCDP, MCSE, HP Master ASE
Joe has been involved in computing and networking since he turned his back on a career as a pilot when he said “I don’t want a computer flying me!”, The irony is not lost on him.
Joe started his networking journey in Italy back in 1996 working for a cutting edge voice & data multiplexer manufacturer. His job was involved sticking cards into boxes. From there he went on to learn what these mysterious boxes did, and so embarked on understanding all he could about them, the rest they say is history.
Joe qualified as a Cisco Instructor since gaining the coveted CCSI certification (Cisco Certified Systems Instructor) back in 2001 has been teaching Cisco and telecom related topics since 2001 and has been in the industry since 1996 and still works as a senior voice and data network engineer when not teaching at Commsupport.
Has been pursuing the CCIE since 2001 but is always distracted with other projects, in his words "This time next year boys!"
Joe has three loves in his life, Teaching at Commsupport, his sprogs and making people laugh
More espresso for Joe!
