Real World Real Network Training

Invest in your staff !

We are all in for a tough time ahead and the media has much to answer for in denting confidence and spreading panic, but we are going to buck the trend and be positive.

Unquestionably things will be tight in the months ahead, the key messages are simple: Look after your customers and pay more attention to your staff - they're also worried about the recession, It is coming, no question, but it's length and severity will depend on confidence, one of the ways that you can make your staff feel secure in their positions and get more out of them is to train them on new systems and technologies, we have made it easier for you to make it possible!

Commsupport employs a unique method of training first developed by us where we bring the experience that we have gained in the field into the classroom using our pioneering break/fixtm. By using this approach to teaching we can keep attention levels high, promote teamwork between the students and solidify knowledge through hands-on learning. You will again a valuable asset once your engineer has completed our unique courses, a engineer that can step into a comms room and get to work immediately and not another paper

Other training companies rely on measuring success by cramming your engineers head with facts and figures to pass an exam, we instead teach them how network operate and function so not only will they be ready to take and pass an exam but to also know how to do the job.

For corporate enquires please contact Anthony at our offices to ask any questions, or if you have any specific requirements that your would need training on you can e-mail Anthony on

Book your Free Re-training 1 week in advance

Should your staff member who has attended any of our courses feel a need to re-sit the entire or part of the course, to recap for the exam or simply go over a difficult subject, they can do so free of charge. In order to facilitate your company's pre planning and to help you ensure you get the course date of your choice, you may prebook the free resit one week prior to your chosen course date.

Re-train the new guy for free

Another major concern for any company is that once staff are trained and qualified they might leave to seek new employment, meaning that the training costs incurred by your company are wasted and suddenly your company is missing those vital skills. Well, we can remove that worry by offering your company a guarantee.
When you send one of your staff members to us for training on any of the Cisco courses that we run, and they leave your company within 12 months of the date of the completion of their course, we will train their replacement at no extra cost to you.

Postpone your course start date without any penalties.

Your company requirements are always changing, sometimes at short notice, leading to the postponement of delegates start date. Other training companies will not allow you to do this without incurring some sort of financial penalty. Well, not us, when you book a course with Commsupport you can postpone your course 4 days before the course start date and we won't charge you an extra penny.

Learn how to fault find networks with Commsupports unique break / Fix methodology

When you're in front of a rack of routers and switches you've got to know what to do. Getting hands-on experience is critical to developing your networking skills, especially your troubleshooting skills. You do your best learning not only when you're configuring your routers and switches, but when you make mistakes. Why? Because then you have to fix it; that's how you develop your troubleshooting skills.

You can read about all the debug and show commands in the world, but you don't really understand how they work until you're figuring out why your Frame Relay connection isn't working, or your RIP configuration isn't working. Commsupport’s Break-Fix methodology is unique in that we offer this during all of our certification courses to ensure you are comfortable in troubleshooting your lab configurations and can easily transfer this knowledge and confidence back to your live networks.
