Having made the choice to leave the army I, as many others have been, was faced with the task of validating my military skills with civilian qualifications. Coming from a predominantly G2 (Intelligence) background, I had to look to my limited G6 (Communications) skills to provide a framework to expand upon. I did have some vocational experience with networking but only held a few BOWMAN qualifications (RS, AppSpec) so needed to book a course that would not just talk me through a text book but really teach me. Commsupport provided exactly that. Prior to the course starting I was given access to the quite extensive eLearning site which provided pre, during and post course training which I used to bring me up to speed before attending and as a revision aid before I took my exam. I attended the 6 day CCNA course in North London.
All the training was on real kit, the groups sizes were small and the teaching was interactive – no death by PowerPoint. The instructors I had were clearly experts in networking and easily explained and taught the material until we were happy we understood. Each day ended with a practical reinforcement of what had been taught that day, carried out individually with the kit on your desk, followed by ‘Break-fixes’ where the instructor would induce ‘real world’ fault into your network for you to fault find and fix – a very useful learning exercise."
Having completed the training and past my exam, I feel a lot more confident about finding a job in Civi Street, having not only the qualification but the real world knowledge behind it."

Hi Anthony
Just a quick note to say thank you for your help. I am going through my work emails now and it looks like the login details were sent to this address. I will try logging on shortly.
I also wanted to say a big thank you as this was a very useful and enjoyable experience, unlike other courses. This was straight in no messing about wasting half a day discussing our life experiences with the group etc
Joe was a ''superlative'' teacher and excellent at getting the point over.
I have passed on my feedback to my HR
Looking forward to the CCNA

Hi Arit
Hello to everyone there. I have served in the forces.
Since leaving the Army I retrained first as an IT engineer after my career options in the area I trained for in the forces suffered a steep decline in the early 90's. In april of last year I undertook CCNA with Commsupport to improve my skill set in Networking. Beforee this point I had few skills in this area and the course enabled me to apply for role I wouldn't otherwise been able to. This was self funded course and as you can imagine, quite a drain on my resources during a period redundancy. Cost allowing i would like to attend another course, VOIP being the one that most readily comes to mind.
The courses taught showed an intimate understanding of the terchnologies involved and great appreciation of the best way to impart that knowledge to students. No one got left behind and useless jargon was noticeably absent making it excellent for both novice and practioner to follow.
I would endorse their training methods whole heartedley.
Kind Regards

Hi Guys,
Please pass on my thanks to Joe for helping me pass BSCI today. I took the course a while ago but due to working long hrs and looking after my son on days off, it took me longer than i wanted to prepare. I got 949, so i reckon i must have only got around 3 questions wrong and even had around 25 mins left at the end.
Joe's teaching was spot on and gave me the foundation to go and get the score i did. I know he wasn't feeling too good when he took the classes so thanks Joe and i'll happily recommend Commsupport to anyone who asks, in fact i've already told my resource manager to check you out if they are ever looking at buying courses for staff!
Thanks
Robin Williams

Hi Joe,
Thanks for your e-mail and the course it was the best one
I've been on. Everything was pitched at the right level
and the practical exercises & break / fixes were great
to get the grey matter working. The main difference over
the courses i have been on in the past is the relaxed pace
at which the course progressed there was no pressure to
be finished for a certain time and we didn't have to leave
labs unfinished due to the lack of time / lack on knowledge
on the instructors behalf. It was also very refreshing to
be taught by an actual engineer / trainer instead of trainers
that have never installed any networks.
We were all impressed with the quality of the course and
will be back for the CCNP courses you will be running, although
for me it will have to fall in between Degree assignments
!! Thanks again for a great course.
Cheers Joe

Hi Arit,
Please pass on my thanks to Joe and Mark for a great 6 days in Brum this week.
Both Joe and Mark were excellent tutors and made the topic both interesting and fun.
It was great to get real hands on time on the routers and switches together with all the background knowledge on Routing and Switching.
Although the days were long - it was never boring and I thought that the 5 days spent with Mark together with Joe's unique way of explaining subnetting, was extremely helpful and should hopefully get me through my CCNA (3rd attempt) on March the 10th.
Thanks again to both Mark and Joe and especially Mark who was extremely patient when having to go through sub-netting (many times) throughout the week - but he made it fun which really helped.
At the end of each day he was willing to stay on as long as the class needed him, which I thought deserved a mention.
I would definately consider coming back again sometime when I start my CCNA Security, once I have my CCNA under my belt.
Value for money was excellent also, considering we had at least 4 or 5 hours hands on real live equipment every day.
Thanks Again

Joe,
I just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU for everything. The training
was fantastic, I really enjoyed the last day lab-test, even
though I worked myself up into a headache during my moments
of frustration-so challenging. It really is Top training!...
Thanks, I can speak CISCO now. …(I just don’t
remember the detail about how the ports are numbered –
so I had the serial cables the wrong way round, and for about
an hour I was trouble shooting the line-code, breaking it
more, when all that fixed it was swapping the leads around!...
the screen lit up like a christmas tree!… and now I
know what you mean now about getting excited over those little
exclamation marks!!!!!!!!)
Cheers!!!!!!!!!Garry =)

I went from zero to hero with a score of 881. I used the CommSupport
CCNA weekday training course to kickstart my knowledge. It
was excellent for two reasons; it gave me experience with
real hardware and it gave me sufficient insight to understand
the material in the CISCO manuals with much greater ease than
otherwise would have been likely. Both of these benefits helped
me to learn faster and more effectively outside of the course.
If you're a complete network novice, as I was, the course
alone will not get you there. But it will reduce a seemingly
impossible task to be achievable with some additional damn
hard work. It has given me the requisite amount of networking
knowledge to push on to network forensics.

Hi Joe,
It was great to be taught by such energetic and enthusiastic
people, the course was fast passed and intense and I thought
you did a great job of helping everyone in the class keep
up with you. Even the ones who I thought didn't have the background
to tackle the course managed all labs and grew in confidence
well beyond what I expected of them. Meanwhile you were able
to challenge and grow the more advanced students and your
real world experience showed in the way you answered the questions
we had from our own networks.
I've had some expensive training in posh country houses but
I can't imagine any other supplier delivering a better course
than you did.
Well done!

Hi Joe
I just wanted to leave some well deserved feedback for you.
Like many respondents I was suspicious about the pricing of
your courses but as I was self funding I decided to give it
a go.
Well in my fairly lengthy career in IT I have attended many
courses but I really have to say the 6 day CCNA that you ran
was really the best. I had done some pre study and even had
a disastrous attempt at the exam before attending but being
immersed in a course for six days with like minded people
is 100% better than boring self study.
As for the course itself the lectures were great, the labs
all worked, added to our learning and the break fix was challenging!
It was fast paced and great fun.
Best of all for me is that today I re-sat the exam and passed
with a score of 973!
So now I am walking with a slight sideways stance and have
a new hat a bit like Dave Angel from the Fast Show
Now where’s that Aston dealer!!

Joe,Thank you for the email and the course, the course was
by far one the best courses I have been on in a long time.
I found the combination of both theory and practical lab work
was an invaluable method of showing the class content in action.
However, I must say the break fixes are by far one of the
most frustrating yet satisfying methods of learning. This
is further backed by your relaxed approach to the content
which helps numb the pressure of learning new concepts within
fixed time periods. The slides you provided are a great help
simplifying the course content which makes it much easier
to understand especially for someone such as myself who has
not come from a networking/support background. I would not
hesitate to recommend your course to any of my colleagues
or co-workers. Once again thank you for a great course. Regards,Kunal

Joe, what can I say, that was different gravy...not
only did you both deliver a superb 6 days of training but
you made it also enjoyable and entertaining, at no stage did
I find myself drifting off to sleep unlike other courses that
I’ve attended. The slides/labs/break fix sessions were
very helpful and your outstanding knowledge could answer any
question that was thrown at you. I would highly recommend
this course to anyone that is thinking of taking a CCNA track,
for £495+VAT I can promise you it is definitely worth
the cash!!
Thanks once again guys and I look forward to coming back for
the CCNPI have spoken to a mate of mine at work and he is
looking to take his CCNP later this year, I have given him
the details for Commsupport and he will be contacting you
in the near future. I will recommend you to every engineer
I know who is thinking of taking a Cisco training course.

"Superb course! I've worked in IT for a few years now
and been on a few courses here and there but Joe was definitely
the most capable instructor I've come across. The combination
of his real world experience, professionalism, teaching style,
hands-on labs and moderate hyperactivity all contributed to
a learning environment that allowed me to absorb plenty of
information and pass the exam first go.
Highly recommended."

Hi Joe,Just a quick note to say a massive thank you for the
CCNA course last week. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and
meeting yourself and Andre.
I was extremely impressed with your ability to teach and the
fact that you always knew the answer to a question, no matter
how complex it was. That gives me great confidence in the
fact that I was taught by a master of his craft!I have had
my head in the books and simulator since I left the course
and hope to sit the exam next week. Being back at work just
doesn't provide the same excitement so hopefully I can wangle
some more time off to come back in September for the CCNP
BSCI course.I hope the forum will have a "Dear Joe"
column where people can ask questions about knitting and maybe
even the odd networking question! ;-)Anyway good luck (not
that you will need it!) with the CCIE.
Cheers
Chris Taylor

Hi Guys, What can I say but thanks for making the course easy
to follow and understand. This was by far one of the best
week long courses I've attended, a course aimed at producing
engineers and not just exam passes.... Although it goes a
long way to preparing you for that two... I managed to pass
my CCNA within 3 weeks of attending.
The course is great for those new to cisco and proves invaluable
to those already working as engineers, if helped me pull my
knowledge together so that I could indeed sit and pass the
CCNAThe teaching methods are a comfortable mix of theory with
the emphasis being on the practicle hands on and break fix
scenarious. (A word of warning to those taking the course, watchout for those break / fixes!! Lol but
it makes sure you know what your doing) Again many thanks
to you both.
Cheers guys

Hi
Just a few lines about the CCNA course held in Manchester.
I found the course to be of a very high standard due mainly
to your excellent presenation skills and obvious passion for
the subjects covered.
Having never laid hands on this kind of equipment before it
proved invaluable having access to the routers and switches
throughout the course.
The combination of presenation and practical hands on lab
work coupled with a very knowledgeable and experienced instructor
served to make the whole learning process both enjoyable and
highly imformative.
Although the workload was intense and a lot of ground was
covered the pace and pitch of the course was just right, allowing
someone like myself not even coming from an I.T. industry
background to be able to absorb the subject matter without
feeling pressured.
Many thanks for your efforts, keep up the good work.

Well what can i say. Just completed 6 day CCNA training. Did'nt
know what to expect. I must admit, it was daunting to say
the least. However, Joe did a great job, and succeeded
in educating me, of all people.
It was hard work, long days, and it was fun. I had a great
time. (If it was too easy, then everyone would be doing it,
and the money would not be the same)
A big thank you to all, and hi to those that were on the same
course. It was a pleasure to have met you.Oh and Joe, you
never did sidetrack me for the watch LOL
Andy Harban-Ridler

Hi Joe,
The thought of doing a CCNA seemed exceptionally daunting
at first but after only a few hours in the classroom my
mind was put at ease. The relaxed and flexible teaching
style helped all of us on the course to make sense of each
and every chapter. The practical's were enjoyable and helped
re-affirm the information we had been shown. I especially
enjoyed the "Break/Fix" element which is so rare
in IT classroom environments nowadays. I'd thoroughly recommend
the course to anyone thinking about taking their CCNA but
be warned that this is not for the feint hearted!!
Thank you so much guys...Onwards and upwards.

"I thought the course was really well-organised and contained
many useful real-life scenarios. The emphasis and use of the
Cisco devices (routers and switches, per delegate,) made the
translation from theory to real-life very easy and understandable.
I enjoyed the course immensley because of the input from Andre
and Joe and purely on the fact that it was designed to give
more than just a CCNA certification."
In terms of coming back to do my CCNP, I really would like
to do it with yourselves. I am not too sure when I will be
available but I will remain in touch.

Hello Joe,
thanx a lot for being so patience to train us the whole network-world
in a short time. It was a course on 120 Miles/Hour with Joe.
:p. Actually many students don't study at home, thinking Joe
will transfer his brain via wireless to our brain or smthing
like *Copy & Paste*. I really enjoyed the course and planning
to come back to copy CCNP brain from Joe. It really helped
me to get my confidence back- when i was doing mistakes and
he explained me how to fix them. Thanks to all of you.

Hi,
I was a student on the CCNA first week of June would be grateful
if you can pass this on to Joe for me.
Joe, thanks for the help on the course, it was quite a lot
to take in such a short time, but I thought you did a pretty
good job of getting the concepts across. I also thought you
were very dedicated & it clearly shows the business means
a lot to you.
Well I have just passed with 867. All the NAT configuration
went out my head so it took me 20 minutes to complete the
SIM which then left me 30 minutes to finish 30 questions!
I thought I was dead in the water at this point, but some
really easy questions popped up so I managed to pull it back.
I intend to continue with the CCNP soon as possible although
getting work is obviously first thing. It’s a bit of
a pain for me to get up to you but I’d really like to
stick with you so you will probably see me again at some point.
Best wishes
Colin Fielder

An excellent course taken by an excellent experienced industry
engineer.
The course is the Easyjet of the Cisco traing world, so why
pay £2000+Vat for a same 6day course with other training
companies such as Global Knowledge and get taught by CommsSupport
Networks for a fraction of the price. You get all your own
Cisco routers & switches so no sharing needed. The only
downside is that you have to provide your own food but who
cares! you can bring your own!I also like the sliding scale
of payment options when paying for the course making it such
an attractive offer.Last but not least, Joe is a full on kind
of engineer! Cuts through the crap and gets on with the important
bits!
Cheers

Hi
good to hear from you. I would like to ask you to thank the
team as I passed my CCNA on friday. I am not good with exams
so I am very grateful for the learned instruction I have been
given. From a personal point of view I particularly enjoyed
the break-fix; I am sure this contributed to my enjoyment
of the week.

The instructors were excellent
at getting the detail across, two very friendly and committed
people. I have attended many courses in my time and I must
say that this CCNA course was by far the best course of any
category that I have ever attended, I didn't want it to end.
When the time is right to go for the CCNP I will definitely
go back to Commsupport.
Cheers

Hi Joe,
Just to let you know that I passed the BSCI exam on the 24th
of January with a mark of 927.Many thanks to your company
for helping me through this exam. Quite honestly in the end
it was a lot easier than I thought it would be -- a lot of
that will be thanks to the quality of the instruction which
as I said before was much better than I had any right to expect
for £500.I'll be looking to take the ISCW in the next
couple of months.
Cheers -- Jason James.

Hey Joe
Great course and what a price. Might be a bargain price
but the course works brilliantly in pace and the instructors
are brilliant. I will be back to do the CCNP so soon as
I finish my CCNA exams (I hope). For all of you who come
to do the course read your manuals as asked before coming
to class as it will leave with more energy to learn the
more advanced things. Thanks for a brilliant week and all
the best with you and your company's future. I will hopefully
be back again to support you.
Cheers

Hi Arit
Until March 2009 I was a serving soldier with the Military Police. During my time serving, around September 2008, I completed a CCNA course with Commsupport. I did this at personal expense in order to improve my personal portfolio of qualifications.
I fully intend to use Commsupport as a first choice for any further courses I intend to complete in the near future.
I chose Commsupport because of the service they provided. They provide a lot of support before, during, and after the course, and seem to teach the relevant topics as well as giving insider tips and knowledge from their impressive CVs. Their facilities seemed far superior to that of other courses advertised for a much more reasonable price.
Their online support, which came as part of the price also has proven extremely beneficial.
The staff were all very knowledgeable, and seemed to enjoy teaching.
Rob Hall
Hi,
The tutors were appoachable, enthusiastic, helpful and were Cisco experts. The course was well structured, had great labs and having to fix the labs when the tutors broke them reinforced my understanding. All in all, an excellent course - for for a great price! I'll certainly be back for my CCNP
Nick

"Despite the classes being very hard work and some
evenings we did not finish until quite late the instructor
was always motivational and willing to explain complex topics
as many times as it took for the class to understand, all
questions I had were answered there and then, I passed my
CCNA with a score of 953. I paid for this course myself
and I paid a fraction of the price that everyone else is
charging and I am now CCNA and more importantly I understand
networking. I will be back for the CCNP in a few months”
Dieter Retz - Network Admin

Out of a class of 8 there were 6 passes within 2 weeks, I
got 972 I think that says a lot for Commsupport. Since I never
touched cisco prior to the course. Full credit to our instructor,
Brilliant course Joe, at the prices you guys are charging
I will most definitely be coming back to do my CCNP with you,
thank you."
Susan Hale - Network Ops Manager

Hi Joe,
just a short e-mail to say thanks for a great training course,

Thanks once again

“In my professional career I have sat through quite
an amount of training, I would say Commsupport is one of the
best, where else can you get this sort of training at that
sort of price, Joe, you’re crazy, but thanks for making
it possible for me to afford to get my CCNA, I passed 921,
I’ve booked onto the CCNP, I’d be as crazy as
Joe if I didn’t”
Derek Hutchinson - IT Manager

“I have never learned so much in such a short space
of time! I was amazed that I actually learnt and retained
all of the information, now I am CCNA thanks to the course,
(passed with a score of 934 excellent). The instructor is
superb, like a walking networking encyclopedia, there was
nothing that he did not seem to know at the drop of a hat,
I will certainly be back again”
Richard Harlow

Dear Joe,
First of all, a very big THANK YOU!! It was a pleasure to
be learning from you. I wanted to do the CCNA Training course
for a long time. My aim was to enrol for a course conducted
by a good tutor and which was not very expensive. When I saw
your course on the internet, I immediately registered for
it. The bonus of this course was the labs. It is very rare
to see training companies offer this kind of service without
any additional costs.
The course length and content was perfectly right. Your knowledge
and dedication to each of us was very amazing and I am sure
all the other delegates on the course agree with me. The practical
sessions that we had helped me a lot understand each area
in more detail and grasp different things which are difficult
to achieve from the theory.
I am looking forward to join the CCNP course as soon as I
pass my CCNA Exam. I will definitely recommend this course
to my friends.
Thank you!!!
Many Thanks
Darpan Parekh

“They promised me that I would get the CCNA and
guess what?, I got the CCNA certification. Not many companies
can keep promises like that, I'll be back in the new year
for the CCNP. What really helped was the constant break fix
labs that reinforced the subject we were learning. Do not
under estimate this. Now I can fix as well as build networks.
Commsupport training is not just certification training it
is engineering training, they make sure you “GET IT”
but, and this is a big BUT you do need to be 100% focused
and motivated. The days are long, the work is hard, but the
payback is phenomenal
Thanks"
Anil Giridhara - Network Analyst

Having been involved is several training sessions throughout
my life, I feel that I am "qualified" to comment
on Joe's CCNA training course. First and for most, Joe is
a person that has experience in the field and it shows in
his training courses. You can only learn from such experience
as he explains topics and then relates them to some experience
he has had. Golden!
Even though he isn't a Lee Evans....he keeps things light
and has a good outline of the course. Finally, as I had to
pay for the course myself, ie. I had no company to offer this
for me, the value for money is hands down....unbeatable....Highly
recommended!!
Slow down with your course schedule Joe..... I don't need
the competition!

”When I first saw the price that Commsupport were
charging for the CCNA course I thought that there were strings
attached or that it was some sort of con, I called them up
and spoke to them, I found the only strings attached to the
price was they expected you to be as motivated as they in
passing the CCNA exam, I passed first attempt with a score
of 946, not bad for £500.
Like you said Joe, “simple”

Hi JoeHad a fantastic time on your course, great bunch of
guys and an excellent trainer. It was good to be taught by
someone who knows and has a passion for the subject they are

imagined, now I actually want to sit and pass CCNA exam!!Keep

about a year I was only able to achieve a grade of 739, however
after attending your course my final result was 885, I found
this course was extremely well presented with the added benefit

without an expensive lab. So cheers Joe I couldn't have done

Hi Joe,I liked the fact that you were always open for discussion
and was very insightful. It was a pleasure having you as an

"This is not an ordinary CCNA course, it is a mountain,
but you get to the end of the week and you look back and you
know it, you get it, you can build networks, despite all of
the hard tasks and the hair pulling during the break-fixes
you come out of the end of it as a network engineer, I would
sum Commsupport in one word “amazing” Ian Knight
- Server Admin - BP

"As an IT professional with 20 years experience in mainstream
companies like HP and moving into networking full time, Joe’s
CommSupport CCNA course was a financial and all round winner.
At less than a quarter of the cost of most mainstream CCNA
“Boot camp” and crammer courses, CommSupport’s
was flexible, thorough and slick. The five day courses, which
can be taken on five consecutive Sundays for locals or as
a 5 day intensive learning experience, are taught by active
professionals who aim the tutorials primarily at “networking
for real” but are also thorough on “how to pass
the exam;” this does not just mean question learning,
but actual exam day preparation before pushing the start button;
what matrices to draw out for subnetting, what conversation
tables to write out and so on, The only proviso is that it
pays to be very well prepared beforehand; CommSupport supply
the books in advance, but unless that knowledge has been well
studied, much of the wisdom will fly over your head. There
should be more schools out there like CommSupport."

in the real world, which gives an invaluable insight"Tom

Hi Joe.
The course was fantastic. Never learned so much in one week.
Considering I have never touched a switch \ router I left
feeling very confident I could become a network engineer and
be able to pass the CCNA exam.
The labs were excellent, to get that hands on experience was
invaluable and the break\fix practical's were fantastic. They
gave me a great insight into the day to day problems I may
come across and how to find and fix them more importantly.
The course pace was excellent, very relaxed and sort of go
at your own pace which was good, not like others where you
have to be finished at 5 and if you don’t understand
"tuff" we need to crack on to be finished for Friday.
Look forward to seeing you again on the CCNP course in the
near future.
Thanks again

Hi Joe
For anybody out there who is serious about passing the CCNA
certification then I would highly recommend this course. With
a full lab for every student and great real world scenarios
to work on as well as all the theory behind the hands on lends
to a great experience.
I have passed my CCNA just two weeks after attending the training
course. All the hard work was worth it
Thanks Joe for a great week

Excellent course for anyone who has a basic knowledge of data
networking, the person will take on a lot of information within
a week. Each day was very intense. This course is for any
engineer who is able to digest a lot of information. Excellent
labs which gave plenty of time to program the equipment. Superb
explanation of IP addressing and protocols.Extra handouts
were given to cover other aspects of data networking which
was not part of this course. Commsupport offered Cisco loan
equipment and after care. Where else will you find this in
a course? This gives the student extra time on the kit at
there own leisure, at a very reasonable cost. Well worth the
money. In my mind you will not find a better course at a great
price. Only fools will go elsewhere.

with real Cisco equipment on an individual basis. There is
definetely an advantage to being taught by an instructor who
is a real network engineer as he will talk to you about and
give you real life case studies from his own experience.
Despite being long days, there are ample regular breaks evenly
spaced out which means you're not going to have to sit through
a two hour continuous lecture where you may slip behind or
fall asleep.
However, the week day course is intensive over five days and
you need to prepare beforhand by reading the supplied Cisco
publications. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT AND CANNOT BE STRESSED
ENOUGH. During the course, the instructor will give you reading
homework and if you're travelling a long distance daily and/or
liable to being distracted at home - the weekend course will
be a better option since you will get more time between sessions.
In addition, I would recommend playing with Cisco equipment
even if its just plugging in a router and typing in basic
commands.
In summary; If you are an aspiring network engineer then you
will enjoy this course."

“A great experience, well organised but most important
of all the instructor is very approachable, he treats every
question as an important one and really knows his stuff. The
hands-on “break and fix” ensures that you apply
what you have learned but this method makes sure you never
forget it. I have been on several courses relating to networking
but nothing is as good as this. I will most certainly be taking
a course with commsupport again.”

Excellent course well organised. I would recommend this course
to anyone intrested in computers not just network engineers.
Doing the course over the weekends was very useful as work
would not permit any other times.
Having your own kit was great the Labs are great fun gives
you a real sense of what networking is all about and what
is involved to get the job done! Thanks again Joe for great
course.Commsupport Will be back for more.

Hi All,
Sorry for the delay, in sending you my feedback.I thoroughly
enjoyed the course, learnt a great deal and had a very good
instructor. The kit was superb , 4 units, I could
not believe it, 2 Switches and 2 routers. I had them up and
running the next day. I had a Cisco 800 that I bought 2 years
ago and after the course, It was on my stack with no problem. It
just goes to show that your course does assist people like
me. I am not going to give up my dream.
Many Thanks
Andrew Fernandez

Hi Joe,
Thank you very much for the course last week. It was fantastic
and I really enjoyed myself. The pace was just right and looking
back on the week I certaintly learnt alot. Im going to be
booking my exam for in a week or so and I'll let you know
how I get on.I've been really busy dealing with things that
built up whilst I was on the course.
Cheers

Hope you are well"I found the CCNA course well constructed
and delivered by instructors with the necessary industry knowledge
and experience. The lab exercises were good, helping to reinforce
the theory learnt".Please pass on my thanks again to
Joe

Hi Joe,
When I was told my coleague at work that they were running
a CCNA course for £500 I had my doubts about how good
the course was, but after attending I can say its the best
I.T course I have been on so far. The Material was taught
in a way that didnt make it boring and kept you awake, the
labs were great for understanding and backing up the theory.
After taking the course I passed with a mark of 920, before
taking the course I was miles away from this figure. I believe
the thing that made this course even better was the effort
that was also put into subjects that are not included in
the CCNA but essential in the work place. I will now look
forward to taking the BSCI course next month, look forward
to seeing you soon.
