Hi Joe,

Thanks for your e-mail and the course it was the best one I've been on. Everything was pitched at the right level and the practical exercises & break / fixes were great to get the grey matter working. The main difference over the courses i have been on in the past is the relaxed pace at which the course progressed there was no pressure to be finished for a certain time and we didn't have to leave labs unfinished due to the lack of time / lack on knowledge on the instructors behalf. It was also very refreshing to be taught by an actual engineer / trainer instead of trainers that have never installed any networks.

We were all impressed with the quality of the course and will be back for the CCNP courses you will be running, although for me it will have to fall in between Degree assignments !! Thanks again for a great course.

Cheers Joe

Hi Arit,

Please pass on my thanks to Joe and Mark for a great 6 days in Brum this week.

Both Joe and Mark were excellent tutors and made the topic both interesting and fun.

It was great to get real hands on time on the routers and switches together with all the background knowledge on Routing and Switching.

Although the days were long - it was never boring and I thought that the 5 days spent with Mark together with Joe's unique way of explaining subnetting, was extremely helpful and should hopefully get me through my CCNA (3rd attempt) on March the 10th.

Thanks again to both Mark and Joe and especially Mark who was extremely patient when having to go through sub-netting (many times) throughout the week - but he made it fun which really helped.

At the end of each day he was willing to stay on as long as the class needed him, which I thought deserved a mention.

I would definately consider coming back again sometime when I start my CCNA Security, once I have my CCNA under my belt.

Value for money was excellent also, considering we had at least 4 or 5 hours hands on real live equipment every day.

Thanks Again

Hi Joe

Thanks again for the excellent CCNA course I attended with Commsupport in January 2009. It was just what I needed to consolidate my learning and prepare myself for the exam. Four weeks later I took the exam and was able to achieve my first Cisco career certification based on your excellent training.

I highly recommend Commsupport to other Cisco students. The courses are excellent value for money and Joe is not just an expert in his field he is also an accomplished teacher. For me Joe’s performance as a teacher stands out and he was able to keep me motivated and learning over six very intensive days of training. The course content is a good mix of theory and practical and doesn’t just prepare you for the exam it gets you ready for the real world of Data Networks.

Hi Anthony,

Just a note to say thank you to Mark and yourself for the CCNA course last week and your help so far.

I was inspired by Mark, his knowledge, command of the subject and his approach to teaching. It backed up the fact that Commsupport are in the business of training candidates to become field engineers. This coupled with an attitude to succeed will assist with the knowledge, understanding and confidence I need to become an engineer, pass the CCNA exam and look towards my CCNP.

Having experienced Commsupport first hand, I believe the company provide value for money and I am satisfied that I made the correct decision in being under your instruction.

Very best regards,

James Treacy.

Hi,

I would like to pass on some feedback regarding the course i finished today.  Mark our instructor was great, he had more than enough time for each of us and taught at a pace that was acceptable to all.  He made what could have been a daunting experience very comfortable.

Cheers

Hi Arit,

i would be grateful if you could please pass this message onto Joe for me please.

Hi Joe, i don't know if you remember me, but my name is Michael McIntyre, and i was on your ccna course back in april. I would just like to inform you that i passed my ccna exam on Saturday just gone, and would like to thank you for the immensely good course that i had the pleasure of coming onto. Trust me, i am no paper cert, especially with the training that i received on the course. The course kicked my brain into gear with doing things practically, so i had absolutely no problems at all with the simulators in the exam. Once again thanks.

Michael McIntyre (CCNA)

Morning Arit

I am good. It seems like ages ago now, I was on the CCNA course! That's what works does to you, I guess!!! ;-)

Anyway, I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed the course and got a lot out of it. I only wish I had found out about CommSupport ages ago.

Joe has certainly got a good business developing there you know, and think it should be very successful.

I have spoken to a few of my work colleagues about it, as training seems to be a rare thing in the company we work in and cetrtainly in the current financial climate. They all sounded quite interested and hope they take up a course or two. I shall endeavour to keep spreading the word.

I am thinking that once I gat my exam out of the way (and pass) I shall definitely, look at CommSupport again for my training needs.

Joe made the learning process, intersting, informative and what's more fun!

If I ever see someone counting "chickens" in a Cisco exam, I guess I shall smile and know where they got that from!!!! Nice way of teaching subnetting

- Keep up the good work.

Regards

Alan J Williams

Hi Arit

I found the course very useful and very good value.

Like any Cisco course you have to be self-motivated and willing to put the time in.  Each candidate has their own stack of kit for labs but everything else about the course is clearly no frills.  However, if you don't have a large corporate training budget and you need Cisco training, this is by far the best value CCNA course in the UK.

Best regards

Barry

Joe,

I just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU for everything. The training was fantastic, I really enjoyed the last day lab-test, even though I worked myself up into a headache during my moments of frustration-so challenging. It really is Top training!... Thanks, I can speak CISCO now.

…(I just don’t remember the detail about how the ports are numbered – so I had the serial cables the wrong way round, and for about an hour I was trouble shooting the line-code, breaking it more, when all that fixed it was swapping the leads around!... the screen lit up like a christmas tree!… and now I know what you mean now about getting excited over those little exclamation marks!!!!!!!!)

Cheers!!!!!!!!!Garry =)

I went from zero to hero with a score of 881. I used the CommSupport CCNA weekday training course to kickstart my knowledge. It was excellent for two reasons; it gave me experience with real hardware and it gave me sufficient insight to understand the material in the CISCO manuals with much greater ease than otherwise would have been likely. Both of these benefits helped me to learn faster and more effectively outside of the course. If you're a complete network novice, as I was, the course alone will not get you there. But it will reduce a seemingly impossible task to be achievable with some additional damn hard work. It has given me the requisite amount of networking knowledge to push on to network forensics.

Hi Joe,

It was great to be taught by such energetic and enthusiastic people, the course was fast passed and intense and I thought you did a great job of helping everyone in the class keep up with you. Even the ones who I thought didn't have the background to tackle the course managed all labs and grew in confidence well beyond what I expected of them. Meanwhile you were able to challenge and grow the more advanced students and your real world experience showed in the way you answered the questions we had from our own networks.

I've had some expensive training in posh country houses but I can't imagine any other supplier delivering a better course than you did.

Well done!

Hi Joe

I just wanted to leave some well deserved feedback for you.

Like many respondents I was suspicious about the pricing of your courses but as I was self funding I decided to give it a go.

Well in my fairly lengthy career in IT I have attended many courses but I really have to say the 6 day CCNA that you ran was really the best. I had done some pre study and even had a disastrous attempt at the exam before attending but being immersed in a course for six days with like minded people is 100% better than boring self study.

As for the course itself the lectures were great, the labs all worked, added to our learning and the break fix was challenging! It was fast paced and great fun.

Best of all for me is that today I re-sat the exam and passed with a score of 973!

So now I am walking with a slight sideways stance and have a new hat a bit like Dave Angel from the Fast Show

Now where’s that Aston dealer!!

Joe,Thank you for the email and the course, the course was by far one the best courses I have been on in a long time. I found the combination of both theory and practical lab work was an invaluable method of showing the class content in action. However, I must say the break fixes are by far one of the most frustrating yet satisfying methods of learning. This is further backed by your relaxed approach to the content which helps numb the pressure of learning new concepts within fixed time periods. The slides you provided are a great help simplifying the course content which makes it much easier to understand especially for someone such as myself who has not come from a networking/support background. I would not hesitate to recommend your course to any of my colleagues or co-workers. Once again thank you for a great course. Regards,Kunal Lakhani K1UNAL@hotmail.co.uk

Joe, what can I say, that was different gravy...not only did you both deliver a superb 6 days of training but you made it also enjoyable and entertaining, at no stage did I find myself drifting off to sleep unlike other courses that I’ve attended. The slides/labs/break fix sessions were very helpful and your outstanding knowledge could answer any question that was thrown at you. I would highly recommend this course to anyone that is thinking of taking a CCNA track, for £495+VAT I can promise you it is definitely worth the cash!!

Thanks once again guys and I look forward to coming back for the CCNPI have spoken to a mate of mine at work and he is looking to take his CCNP later this year, I have given him the details for Commsupport and he will be contacting you in the near future. I will recommend you to every engineer I know who is thinking of taking a Cisco training course.

Kind Regards

"Superb course! I've worked in IT for a few years now and been on a few courses here and there but Joe was definitely the most capable instructor I've come across. The combination of his real world experience, professionalism, teaching style, hands-on labs and moderate hyperactivity all contributed to a learning environment that allowed me to absorb plenty of information and pass the exam first go.

Highly recommended."

Hi Joe,Just a quick note to say a massive thank you for the CCNA course last week. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and meeting yourself and Andre.

I was extremely impressed with your ability to teach and the fact that you always knew the answer to a question, no matter how complex it was. That gives me great confidence in the fact that I was taught by a master of his craft!I have had my head in the books and simulator since I left the course and hope to sit the exam next week. Being back at work just doesn't provide the same excitement so hopefully I can wangle some more time off to come back in September for the CCNP BSCI course.I hope the forum will have a "Dear Joe" column where people can ask questions about knitting and maybe even the odd networking question! ;-)Anyway good luck (not that you will need it!) with the CCIE.

Cheers

Chris Taylor

Hi Guys, What can I say but thanks for making the course easy to follow and understand. This was by far one of the best week long courses I've attended, a course aimed at producing engineers and not just exam passes.... Although it goes a long way to preparing you for that two... I managed to pass my CCNA within 3 weeks of attending.

The course is great for those new to cisco and proves invaluable to those already working as engineers, if helped me pull my knowledge together so that I could indeed sit and pass the CCNAThe teaching methods are a comfortable mix of theory with the emphasis being on the practicle hands on and break fix scenarious. (A word of warning to those taking the course, watchout for those break / fixes!! Lol but it makes sure you know what your doing) Again many thanks to you both.

Cheers guys

Hi

Just a few lines about the CCNA course held in Manchester.

I found the course to be of a very high standard due mainly to your excellent presenation skills and obvious passion for the subjects covered.

Having never laid hands on this kind of equipment before it proved invaluable having access to the routers and switches throughout the course.

The combination of presenation and practical hands on lab work coupled with a very knowledgeable and experienced instructor served to make the whole learning process both enjoyable and highly imformative.

Although the workload was intense and a lot of ground was covered the pace and pitch of the course was just right, allowing someone like myself not even coming from an I.T. industry background to be able to absorb the subject matter without feeling pressured.

Many thanks for your efforts, keep up the good work.

Well what can i say. Just completed 6 day CCNA training. Did'nt know what to expect. I must admit, it was daunting to say the least. However, Joe did a great job, and succeeded in educating me, of all people.

It was hard work, long days, and it was fun. I had a great time. (If it was too easy, then everyone would be doing it, and the money would not be the same)

A big thank you to all, and hi to those that were on the same course. It was a pleasure to have met you.Oh and Joe, you never did sidetrack me for the watch LOL

Andy Harban-Ridler

Hi Joe,

The thought of doing a CCNA seemed exceptionally daunting at first but after only a few hours in the classroom my mind was put at ease. The relaxed and flexible teaching style helped all of us on the course to make sense of each and every chapter. The practical's were enjoyable and helped re-affirm the information we had been shown. I especially enjoyed the "Break/Fix" element which is so rare in IT classroom environments nowadays. I'd thoroughly recommend the course to anyone thinking about taking their CCNA but be warned that this is not for the feint hearted!!

Thank you so much guys...Onwards and upwards.

Just wanted to let you know that i passed my CCNA exam today. Also can you tell thanks for all your help on the weekend, definitely played a big part in me passing.

"I thought the course was really well-organised and contained many useful real-life scenarios. The emphasis and use of the Cisco devices (routers and switches, per delegate,) made the translation from theory to real-life very easy and understandable. I enjoyed the course immensley because of the input from Andre and Joe and purely on the fact that it was designed to give more than just a CCNA certification."

In terms of coming back to do my CCNP, I really would like to do it with yourselves. I am not too sure when I will be available but I will remain in touch.

Hello Joe,

thanx a lot for being so patience to train us the whole network-world in a short time. It was a course on 120 Miles/Hour with Joe. :p. Actually many students don't study at home, thinking Joe will transfer his brain via wireless to our brain or smthing like *Copy & Paste*. I really enjoyed the course and planning to come back to copy CCNP brain from Joe. It really helped me to get my confidence back- when i was doing mistakes and he explained me how to fix them. Thanks to all of you.

Regards

Hi,

I was a student on the CCNA first week of June would be grateful if you can pass this on to Joe for me.

Joe, thanks for the help on the course, it was quite a lot to take in such a short time, but I thought you did a pretty good job of getting the concepts across. I also thought you were very dedicated & it clearly shows the business means a lot to you.

Well I have just passed with 867. All the NAT configuration went out my head so it took me 20 minutes to complete the SIM which then left me 30 minutes to finish 30 questions! I thought I was dead in the water at this point, but some really easy questions popped up so I managed to pull it back.

I intend to continue with the CCNP soon as possible although getting work is obviously first thing. It’s a bit of a pain for me to get up to you but I’d really like to stick with you so you will probably see me again at some point.

Best wishes

Colin Fielder

An excellent course taken by an excellent experienced industry engineer.

The course is the Easyjet of the Cisco traing world, so why pay £2000+Vat for a same 6day course with other training companies such as Global Knowledge and get taught by CommsSupport Networks for a fraction of the price. You get all your own Cisco routers & switches so no sharing needed. The only downside is that you have to provide your own food but who cares! you can bring your own!I also like the sliding scale of payment options when paying for the course making it such an attractive offer.Last but not least, Joe is a full on kind of engineer! Cuts through the crap and gets on with the important bits!

Cheers

Hi

good to hear from you. I would like to ask you to thank the team as I passed my CCNA on friday. I am not good with exams so I am very grateful for the learned instruction I have been given. From a personal point of view I particularly enjoyed the break-fix; I am sure this contributed to my enjoyment of the week.

Regards

The instructors were excellent at getting the detail across, two very friendly and committed people. I have attended many courses in my time and I must say that this CCNA course was by far the best course of any category that I have ever attended, I didn't want it to end.

When the time is right to go for the CCNP I will definitely go back to Commsupport.

Cheers

Hi Joe,

Just to let you know that I passed the BSCI exam on the 24th of January with a mark of 927.Many thanks to your company for helping me through this exam. Quite honestly in the end it was a lot easier than I thought it would be -- a lot of that will be thanks to the quality of the instruction which as I said before was much better than I had any right to expect for £500.I'll be looking to take the ISCW in the next couple of months.

Cheers -- Jason James.

Hey Joe

Great course and what a price. Might be a bargain price but the course works brilliantly in pace and the instructors are brilliant. I will be back to do the CCNP so soon as I finish my CCNA exams (I hope). For all of you who come to do the course read your manuals as asked before coming to class as it will leave with more energy to learn the more advanced things. Thanks for a brilliant week and all the best with you and your company's future. I will hopefully be back again to support you.

Cheers

Hi Anthony,

I'm writting to confirm my chosen dates for the 4-day ccna voice course in London and to officially thank commsupport for helping me pass my CCNA exam last saturday!

Prior to seeking commsupport's expert, no nonesense training I'd done some self studies using my own kit at home, took the exam but failed with a 742 score. Two weeks after attending the 6day CCNA course in London with loads of hands on experience and the renowned break-fixes I went into the exam room last saturday with confidence and rightfully so cause I came out smelling of roases with a massive 925 score! I'm well chuffed and would recommend the course to anyone looking for real results, especially those who wants to have the confidence to call themselve real cisco network engineers and not just what it says on the piece of paper! Commsupport's approach to training really works!

I'd appreciate it if you could book me into the November 9th - 12th in London for the CCNA Voice class please. Look forward to it already

Many thanks to all you guys at Commsupport, you rock!

Felix Moshi

Hi Arit,

Joe has been great in teaching the CCNA course, his approach was friendly and flexible which made me understand complex concepts with great ease. Compared to other training courses I have been to, I felt relaxed and at ease and not bored to death by power point that some training schools use. Also Joe’s tale about the snails and tippex was hilarious.”

Thanks.

Hi Arit

The tutors were appoachable, enthusiastic, helpful and were Cisco experts. The course was well structured, had great labs and having to fix the labs when the tutors broke them reinforced my understanding. All in all, an excellent course - for for a great price! I'll certainly be back for my CCNP

Nick

Hi Arit & Joe,

I would like to say that I found the CCNA course great value. I would expect to spend at least £2000 on an equivalent course. Joe was great nothing was a problem for him labs were informative and easy to follow. You couldnt find a better
CCNA course out there to do for this kind of money. The only thing I would say is that Joe needs to cut out the toast & Butter diet, its not good for him especially the white bread.

Thanks for a course + wish Company Success.

Dan

Hi Arit

I attended the CCNA course in London between 1 – 6 Feb 09, during the Great Snow. Joe was the instructor and it was apparent from the outset that he possessed not just a wealth of internetworking knowledge but also real life experience as a Cisco Engineer which, believe me, makes a huge difference. The course was as intensive as I expected and a 10 hour day was normal but the content, style of delivery, and labs and break/fix sessions meant there was never a dull moment.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and personally got a lot out of it and am scheduled to sit the 640-802 exam in three weeks time. I would highly recommend this course to all would be CCNAs unless you are an absolute beginner as, in my opinion, to get the most out of it you need to have some background knowledge and experience.

Many thanks to Joe for his patience, good humour and infectious enthusiasm. When I have passed the 640-802, I’ll be back for the CCNA Voice course”.

I’d be grateful if you’d keep me up to date on new courses and offers.

Thanks again.

Best regards

Chris Billington

Hi Joe,

Hello Arit

"The training and support from the staff of Commsupport was excellent, from the initial training down to providing real life senarios to diagnose. Hi Arit,

I found CommSupport’s CCNA Course to be the most competitively priced on the market anywhere, offering full instructor led training with all lab equipment provided.   The course itself was an intense and in depth experience of Cisco Networking for the CCNA candidate.  Over the 6 days there was no time wasted from morning to very often late evening to ensure all aspects of the CCNA course material was covered.  The instructors had very unique and effective techniques to explain and help the students master each part of the course.  The labs were extensive, and absolutely invaluable for gaining the much needed hands-on experience required, and with the real-life break-fix scenarios, I was able to gain real insight into the Cisco Engineering world.  The course also had a fun element to it with good humour encouraged in the classroom from the instructors, which made the course a very enjoyable experience as well as informative.”

Kind Regards,

Peter Stevenson

Hi Arit,

Thank you for the info about CCNA Voice. I am quite interested in this however I am not quite sure when I can get time off.

As a bit of an update I can tell you that I sat my CCNA exam just a few weeks after your course and I passed with 897. I am convinced that having this professional qualification along with my IT background has enabled me to make an excellent start in contracting and it was your course that made a significant contribuition to this.

Many thanks once again and please keep me posted about the CCNA Voice it may be that I can book a place at last minute depending on how the contract works out here.

Best regards,

Neil

Thanks Arit,

I'm currently working on contract, implementing a Wireless network.

Thanks to Commsupport for an excellent course.  Joe is an enthusiastic and accomplished teacher who seems able to teach experienced and new engineers, prepearing them well for CCNA, CCNA Voice and CCNP examinations.  And as a bonus, Joe manages to teach additional but useful (and sometimes essential) tasks to ensure that the students are not only equipped for tests, but to become good network engineers.  The courses are fun and a pleasure to attend.

Many thanks Arit, please say Hi to Joe for me.

- Daren.

Dear Joe,

First of all, a very big THANK YOU!! It was a pleasure to be learning from you. I wanted to do the CCNA Training course for a long time. My aim was to enrol for a course conducted by a good tutor and which was not very expensive. When I saw your course on the internet, I immediately registered for it. The bonus of this course was the labs. It is very rare to see training companies offer this kind of service without any additional costs.

The course length and content was perfectly right. Your knowledge and dedication to each of us was very amazing and I am sure all the other delegates on the course agree with me. The practical sessions that we had helped me a lot understand each area in more detail and grasp different things which are difficult to achieve from the theory.

I am looking forward to join the CCNP course as soon as I pass my CCNA Exam. I will definitely recommend this course to my friends.

Thank you!!!

Many Thanks

Darpan Parekh

Hi Arit,

Got some good news to share. I passed the CCNA 640-802 exam last week friday. I don't know what I can say that hasn't already been written on the www.commsupport.com website. The course was well structured, relaxed and the break-fix scenarios are a god-send in understanding and real-life fixing of problems. Prior to the course, I had no networking background, but instructor Joe with his comical brand of humour and sarcasm and an immense wealth of knowledge made the course interesting.

To others thinking about joing the course, all I can say is that this course works well. Do the prep work suggested by Commsupport prior to attending the course. If you have additional time I would also add that it makes sense to read the entire Todd Lamelle book prior to attending the course. A massive "respect" to Joe. I didn't know that passing the CCNA was achievable in such a short space of time whilst fully understanding all concepts, theories and practice. I'll be back at Commsupport for the CCNA Voice course in June 2009.

Rhys James

Having been involved is several training sessions throughout my life, I feel that I am "qualified" to comment on Joe's CCNA training course. First and for most, Joe is a person that has experience in the field and it shows in his training courses. You can only learn from such experience as he explains topics and then relates them to some experience he has had. Golden!

Even though he isn't a Lee Evans....he keeps things light and has a good outline of the course. Finally, as I had to pay for the course myself, ie. I had no company to offer this for me, the value for money is hands down....unbeatable....Highly recommended!!

Slow down with your course schedule Joe..... I don't need the competition!

please pass my best regards on to Joe

Hi JoeHad a fantastic time on your course, great bunch of guys and an excellent trainer. It was good to be taught by someone who knows and has a passion for the subject they are teaching, rather than just going thru the motions as most IT trainers do. Learned absolutely shitloads more than I ever imagined, now I actually want to sit and pass CCNA exam!!Keep in touch and let me know when you start the CCNP courses.

"After commiting to a tedious self study program for about a year I was only able to achieve a grade of 739, however after attending your course my final result was 885, I found this course was extremely well presented with the added benefit of hands on experience, something that can't be done at home without an expensive lab. So cheers Joe I couldn't have done it with out your help, support and a bloody good course."

Hi Joe,I liked the fact that you were always open for discussion and was very insightful. It was a pleasure having you as an instructor. The course was well thought out and was very effective especially the break downs of the LABs…(-;. Very organized, challenges minds and ability. All in all it was a great course and will definitely recommend to my friends & colleagues.I will surely join when you are going to be doing the CCNP courses.

Hi Joe,

There is now a new CCNA in the F1 Paddock!

Work has been busy flying all over the place to races, finally got a week off this week to climb back onto the Cisco wagon. Boy have I been busy. Anyhow I passed the 640-802 today with a 986! (Admittedly it was my second attempt at, I failed the first time in April!)

Anyhow, I just wanted to say thanks for the great course and your time. I am going to give Cisco a break for a little while (my brain is full) but am interested in the new CCNA Wireless and the BCMSN in time.

Hope busines is good, and you are not working too hard.

All the best,

Mike Podd

"As an IT professional with 20 years experience in mainstream companies like HP and moving into networking full time, Joe’s CommSupport CCNA course was a financial and all round winner. At less than a quarter of the cost of most mainstream CCNA “Boot camp” and crammer courses, CommSupport’s was flexible, thorough and slick. The five day courses, which can be taken on five consecutive Sundays for locals or as a 5 day intensive learning experience, are taught by active professionals who aim the tutorials primarily at “networking for real” but are also thorough on “how to pass the exam;” this does not just mean question learning, but actual exam day preparation before pushing the start button; what matrices to draw out for subnetting, what conversation tables to write out and so on, The only proviso is that it pays to be very well prepared beforehand; CommSupport supply the books in advance, but unless that knowledge has been well studied, much of the wisdom will fly over your head. There should be more schools out there like CommSupport."

" Excellent course, top tutor. Joe has many, many real life stories of how the things we were learning are useable in the real world, which gives an invaluable insight"

Tom OliverSystems Engineer

Hi Joe.

The course was fantastic. Never learned so much in one week. Considering I have never touched a switch \ router I left feeling very confident I could become a network engineer and be able to pass the CCNA exam.

The labs were excellent, to get that hands on experience was invaluable and the break\fix practical's were fantastic. They gave me a great insight into the day to day problems I may come across and how to find and fix them more importantly.

The course pace was excellent, very relaxed and sort of go at your own pace which was good, not like others where you have to be finished at 5 and if you don’t understand "tuff" we need to crack on to be finished for Friday. Look forward to seeing you again on the CCNP course in the near future.

Thanks again

Hi Joe

For anybody out there who is serious about passing the CCNA certification then I would highly recommend this course. With a full lab for every student and great real world scenarios to work on as well as all the theory behind the hands on lends to a great experience.

I have passed my CCNA just two weeks after attending the training course. All the hard work was worth it

Thanks Joe for a great week

Excellent course for anyone who has a basic knowledge of data networking, the person will take on a lot of information within a week. Each day was very intense. This course is for any engineer who is able to digest a lot of information. Excellent labs which gave plenty of time to program the equipment. Superb explanation of IP addressing and protocols.Extra handouts were given to cover other aspects of data networking which was not part of this course. Commsupport offered Cisco loan equipment and after care. Where else will you find this in a course? This gives the student extra time on the kit at there own leisure, at a very reasonable cost. Well worth the money. In my mind you will not find a better course at a great price. Only fools will go elsewhere.

"If you are an aspiring network technician then you won't go wrong with this course. It is genuine and you get to play with real Cisco equipment on an individual basis. There is definetely an advantage to being taught by an instructor who is a real network engineer as he will talk to you about and give you real life case studies from his own experience.

Despite being long days, there are ample regular breaks evenly spaced out which means you're not going to have to sit through a two hour continuous lecture where you may slip behind or fall asleep.

However, the week day course is intensive over five days and you need to prepare beforhand by reading the supplied Cisco publications. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT AND CANNOT BE STRESSED ENOUGH. During the course, the instructor will give you reading homework and if you're travelling a long distance daily and/or liable to being distracted at home - the weekend course will be a better option since you will get more time between sessions. In addition, I would recommend playing with Cisco equipment even if its just plugging in a router and typing in basic commands.

In summary; If you are an aspiring network engineer then you will enjoy this course."

“A great experience, well organised but most important of all the instructor is very approachable, he treats every question as an important one and really knows his stuff. The hands-on “break and fix” ensures that you apply what you have learned but this method makes sure you never forget it. I have been on several courses relating to networking but nothing is as good as this. I will most certainly be taking a course with commsupport again.”

Excellent course well organised. I would recommend this course to anyone intrested in computers not just network engineers. Doing the course over the weekends was very useful as work would not permit any other times.

Having your own kit was great the Labs are great fun gives you a real sense of what networking is all about and what is involved to get the job done! Thanks again Joe for great course.Commsupport Will be back for more.

Hi All,

Sorry for the delay, in sending you my feedback.I thoroughly enjoyed the course, learnt a great deal and had a very good instructor. The kit was superb , 4 units, I could not believe it, 2 Switches and 2 routers. I had them up and running the next day. I had a Cisco 800 that I bought 2 years ago and after the course, It was on my stack with no problem. It just goes to show that your course does assist people like me. I am not going to give up my dream.

Many Thanks

Hi Joe,

Thank you very much for the course last week. It was fantastic and I really enjoyed myself. The pace was just right and looking back on the week I certaintly learnt alot. Im going to be booking my exam for in a week or so and I'll let you know how I get on.I've been really busy dealing with things that built up whilst I was on the course.

Cheers

Hope you are well"I found the CCNA course well constructed and delivered by instructors with the necessary industry knowledge and experience. The lab exercises were good, helping to reinforce the theory learnt".Please pass on my thanks again to Joe

Hi Joe,

When I was told my coleague at work that they were running a CCNA course for £500 I had my doubts about how good the course was, but after attending I can say its the best I.T course I have been on so far. The Material was taught in a way that didnt make it boring and kept you awake, the labs were great for understanding and backing up the theory. After taking the course I passed with a mark of 920, before taking the course I was miles away from this figure. I believe the thing that made this course even better was the effort that was also put into subjects that are not included in the CCNA but essential in the work place. I will now look forward to taking the BSCI course next month, look forward to seeing you soon.
