We are always asked "Are there any prerequisites that I ought to have before coming onto your 6 day CCNA course?"
Yes, we would expect you to already know the OSI and TCP/IP models. For example we would expect you to know what a MAC address is, know what an IP address is, (Maybe not subnetting but at least know what an IP address looks like and what it does), along with knowing the difference between TCP and UDP etc.

So that you get up to speed before attending the 6 day CCNA course we offer live on-line Webinars and 1 day Classroom prep days.

We hold frequent 1 day Prep days in London and we also run quite a few on-line live instructor led webinar sessions covering the OSI, TCP/IP Models along with going through the Cisco command line; if you can't make it to London.

The main reason that we do not teach the OSI or TCP/IP models in the 6 days is so that we have more time to spend on the really important topics that you are going to need, as much hands on practice as possible. So as the UK's only real Cisco network engineer training provider we make sure that more of your time in the classroom is spent working with the kit and learning real hardcore networking.

In the past we used to spend a whole day teaching these subjects but now with the instructor led classroom based prep day and the on-line live webinars we can cover everything you need to get yourselves through the CCNA course.

So don't come as you are!!, come prepped!!!. Remember this is your money, your time and your career.
